DEVELOPMENT

The bottle was designed with a body structure to make it highly resistant to implosion and with a deep recess in the bottom to allow containers to be stacked one above the other.

The blowing process was improved to allow full shaping of the base with the presence of the recessed profile. Static and dynamic test simulated bottle stack and transport to optimize bottle geometry.
